Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days, while international shipping can take between 5-10 working days depending on your location and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags still attached.

How do I know which size to buy?

Each product page contains a specific size guide. Generally, our garments are 'true to size' with a regular fit, but we recommend checking individual measurements for jackets and knitwear.

Do I have to pay international customs duties?

Customers outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
